Lost as white

This time I played white against a stronger player.

He played a new opening that I was not familiar with.
Update: I've learnt that this is called 'Pirc defence'.

1. e4 d6 2. d4 g6 3. Nf3 Bg7 4. Bd2 c6 5. Bc3 Nf6 6. Nbd2 O-O 7. Be2 b5 8. O-O a5 9. a3 Nbd7 10. Rb1 Nb6 11. b4 a4 12. Bb2 Bg4 13. c4 Bxf3 14. Bxf3 bxc4 15. Be2 d5 16. exd5 cxd5 17. Bf3 Rc8 18. Rc1 e6 19. Bg4 h5 20. Bh3 Qc7 21. Nf3 Ne4 22. Ne1 Ng5 23. Qd2 Nxh3+ 24. gxh3 Kh7 25. Qe3 Qe7 26. Nf3 $2 {Crafty (score -4.31 at depth 9) thinks this is not a good move} ({Crafty suggests:} 26. Rb1 Bh6 27. Qc3 Kg8 28. Nf3 Qf6 29. Bc1 Bg7 $19 {(score -2.26 at depth 8)} ) Bh6 27. Ng5+ $2 {Crafty (score -6.84 at depth 10) thinks this is not a good move} ({Crafty suggests:} 27. Qc3 Bxc1 28. Bxc1 Qf6 29. Bg5 Qf5 30. Be7 Rfe8 31. Nh4 $19 {(score -4.30 at depth 9)} ) {GuestMVLB resigns} 0-1

Interesting steps.

13. c4 was a blunder. I did see my Bishop would go out of action if my opponent takes my knight. Still I choose to do it because I couldn't come up with any other moves.
26. Nf3 was another blunder. I didn't see the possibility of ..Bh6. It was obvious.
27. I just gave up and made another blunder. Resigned.
