This is my first game for the blog. I was playing black.
I was playing in FICS. I got checkmated in a standard Ruy Lopez opening.
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 Nf6 4. d3 h6 5. Nc3 d6 6. h3 Bd7 7. O-O Be7 8. Nh2 O-O 9. Ne2 a6 10. Bxc6 Bxc6 11. f4 exf4 12. Nxf4 d5 13. e5 Nd7 14. d4 Bg5 15. c3 b5 16. b3 Bb7 17. Qf3 c6 18. Ba3 Re8 19. Bd6 f6 20. Nh5 fxe5 21. Qf7+ Kh7 22. Qxg7# 1-0
Interesting plays.
8. Nh2 -> This guy choose to limit his knight to to a corner.
11. f4 -> He choose to attack the e pawn using his f pawn. I've seen attacks only from d pawn.
20. ..fxe5 -> I was stupid to invite the queen in for an attack which resulted in a check mate.
